Mental Health Recovery
Oak House and Leylands Road are recovery-focussed residential services in Mid Sussex which provide support to individuals struggling with their mental health.
Oak House
Oak House offers planned placements with a maximum stay of 18 months for up to 14 people. The service is suitable for people with mental health needs who are 18 or older. This includes people with complex needs, with forensic histories and those with substance misuse issues / dual diagnosis. Clients need to be recovery focussed and have basic daily living skills.
The service can support people to move on from residential care or hospital into more independent living situations and ideally to living independently in the community. The staff team is skilled and experienced in successfully enabling people to move on to lower support services.

Oak House has received an overall rating of 'Good' from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Leylands Road
Leylands Road is a 6 bed home providing 24 hour accommodation based support for adults with enduring mental health needs. The service is close to local shops, a main line train station, and a popular nature reserve. It is only a short distance from the main town, local leisure centre, and a selection of GP surgeries.
