The Emotional Wellbeing Service consists of Mental Health Support Coordinators who provide 1:1 mental health support to patients directly within GP surgeries in Mid-Sussex and Crawley.

The service works in co-production with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust who provide Mental Health Practitioners who support the Mental Health Support Coordinators with patients who may present with higher support needs.
