Our annual assessment ensures we continually monitor and manage quality across our services and identify areas for improvement. It’s recognized as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS).
After a rigorous day of scrutiny across all of BHT Sussex services, Claire Knight, Governance & Corporate Services Manager, who leads our assessment said, “I would like to thank BHT Sussex staff and volunteers for their commitment to continuous improvement and for continuing to provide quality services to our clients and tenants.
