We are pleased to present the report of the annual tenants’ and clients’ snapshot survey.
Overall satisfaction with our services has remained strong at 83%, and it was great to see improvements from last year’s survey in areas such as communication, complaints handling and opportunities for clients and tenants to be involved in the organisation.
We are also pleased to have significantly increased the response rate to the survey as compared to last year, particularly for BHT clients, with an increase from 55% to 70% of all clients.
Each BHT service has now received their snapshot survey results summary and will be producing an action plan based on the issues identified. Clients and tenants will be consulted about areas of concern with dedicated focus groups, ensuring that our services across the organisation continue to go from strength to strength.
