Impact Report - Community-based mental health services
In Mid and West Sussex, BHT Sussex works alongside NHS Sussex and other voluntary sector partners to provide free and flexible mental health support in the community.
Last year we helped 977 people through our Pathfinder and Be OK services, and 774 people through our Emotional Wellbeing Service.
In this report, we share some of the impact these services have had, through stories, feedback and insight from our clients, frontline staff and partners.
Strategic Plan 2024-2026
The new strategic plan for BHT Sussex sets out our vision and commitments for the next three years.
It outlines how we will continue to empower people to overcome homelessness, poverty, addiction and mental ill health, focusing our work around three central pillars of sustainability, quality and growth.
We have grown in recent years, and now work across the county as well as in Brighton and Hove, supporting more than 10,000 people each year. We aim to continue to grow to meet the increasing demand for our services.
